Platform Usage

How do I add students to my class?
In your teacher dashboard, click "Classes" > "Add Students". You can either import a CSV file with student information or generate unique class codes that students can use to join your class automatically.
Can I customize lesson plans?
Absolutely! All our lesson plans are fully customizable. You can edit content, add your own resources, adjust difficulty levels, and reorder activities to match your teaching style and classroom needs.
How do I track student progress?
The teacher dashboard provides real-time analytics showing student engagement, completed assignments, code submissions, and skill development across all curriculum areas. You can generate detailed reports for individual students or entire classes.

Hardware & Kits

What's included in the robotics kits?
Our kits include microcontrollers (Micro:bit or Arduino), sensors, motors, LEDs, breadboards, wires, and all necessary components. Each kit comes with a detailed assembly guide and pre-loaded projects on CodersPride.
How do I connect hardware to the platform?
Connect your device via USB, install the browser extension (Chrome/Edge), and the platform will auto-detect your hardware. Detailed setup videos are available in the platform under "Hardware Setup".
What if hardware arrives damaged?
We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee. Contact support@ciphemic.com with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We'll ship a replacement within 2-3 business days at no cost.
